Day 5

I arrived this morning to find that mom was feeling a lot better. Still not up to 100%, but on the way. We were waiting on the doctor to come in after he was in a a bike race this morning. He said that she could go straight to a regular diet and with some luck may be able to go home late tomorrow night. He ordered PT to come and help her walk and gain some strength since she can only make it to the bathroom door and back. He has ordered her to have IV magnesium and potassium because they are still a little low. She still looks really good and says that he pain is at a 2 at the worse, but most of the time she is at a 1/2. More later.
