We decided to go to Kansas City to see the Royals play baseball on July 12th. I called Larry and he said that he would love to go as well. So, we went to Kansas City and picked him up after a great dinner with Larry's family.
We had great seats. The only problem was that we couldn't see the scoreboard because we were so far under the awning. However, the game was wonderful with the Royals pulling out a win in the last minute of play.
We also got to see a lot of Santa's since it was Santa Hat day at the stadium. I saw one and yelled "Hi, Santa" and he came over and gave me a hug. Mom turned around and asked me if I knew him and I looked at her and said "Yes, mom...there is a Santa Claus and I know him!!!"
